  Extra: € 160 per stay for obligatory clean-up.

In these rates is the use of bedding, bath- and kitchen towels, the tourist tax, water,
electricity, WIFI, use of baby bed and the use of the BBQ included.
No extra costs for 1 (or 2 smaller) well-bred dog(s).

If you cancel less than 30 days in advance of your planned stay
we will keep 50% of the booking amount, less than 15 days we keep 80%, less than 7 days we keep 100% of the amount.
